冬泳老年男性性功能与心理健康

摘　　要：目的了解冬泳老年男性血清性激素水平,探讨冬泳对老年男性性激素的影响,对老年男性性功能和心理健康的作用.方法冬泳组50例,年龄60～75岁;对照组30例,年龄60～70岁,测定血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的水平和T/E2的比值,测评性功能状况,应用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)、SCL-90症状自评量表调查,进行比较.结果冬泳组T、E2和T/E2比值显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),性功能(性欲、勃起功能、性交频率、每次性交持续时间和性高潮)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),幸福度总分和SCL-90结果优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论冬泳对老年男性性激素和神经内分泌的功能有明显的促进和调节作用,冬泳能够激发、维持和提高老年男性性功能和心理健康.Objective To study the effect of winter swimming on the sexual function and mental health. Methods Winter swimming group, 50 male, 60- 75 years old, controm group, 30 male, 60- 70 years old. To detect the serum testosterone （T） ,estrogen （E2） and the ratio of T/E2, to investigate the sexual functions state by Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happines.s （MUNSH） and Symptom Checklist90 （SCL-90）. Results The data show that T.E2 and the ratio of T/E2 in the winter swimming group are much higher than the control group＇s （P〈0.05-0.01）, the sexual functions （sexual desire.erectile function,frequency of coitus,duration of sexual intercourse and orgasm） are higher than the control group＇s （P〈20.05）, the average level of happiness is higher than that of control group＇s （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The research obviously proves that the winter swimming activities can promote and regulate the male sex hormones and the neuroendocrine functions of the male old people, and stimulate,maintain and improve the sexual functions and mental health of the male old people.
