摘 要:目的研究肝细胞癌(HCC)及癌旁组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法和反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)的方法,检测38例HCC的癌组织及癌旁非肿瘤组织和7例正常肝组织中COX-2的表达。结果高分化的HCC中COX-2表达显著高于中分化和低分化HCC以及癌旁组织(P值均<0.01);COX-2在正常组织不表达。癌旁组织、中分化和低分化HCC之间COX-2表达的强度差异无显著性(P值均>0.05)。结论COX-2的过表达可能参与高分化HCC的致癌过程,在HCC发生的早期阶段发挥作用。Objective To investigate COX-2 expression in HCC and its clinical application, Methods The COX-2 expression was examined in 38 matched sets of HCC specimens and adjacent liver, and seven normal liver tissues using immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results The COX-2 expression was significantly higher in well differentiated HCC than moderated HCC and poor differentiated HCC (P 〈0.01 respectively), and adjacent non-tumoral liver tissues(P 〈 0.01). The COX-2 was not expressed in normal liver tissues, There was no significant difference among adjacent nontumors tissues, moderated HCC and poor differentiated HCC (P 〉0,05, respectively). Conclusions The overexpression of COX-2 may involve in carcinogensis of well differentiated HCC, it may play a role in the early stages of hepatocarcinogensis.
