摘  要:目的观察脑星形细胞瘤组织中微血管密度(MVD),分析其与临床病理特征及与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测52例脑星形细胞瘤组织中微血管生成情况。结果脑星形细胞瘤组织中MVD为71.8±27.8,高于正常脑组织25.8±6.2,差异有显著性(P<0.01);高级别脑星形细胞瘤中(Ⅲ,Ⅳ级)MVD为81.7±26.9,显著高于低级别(Ⅰ,Ⅱ级)52.8±18.4,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后复发死亡患者MVD高于未复发死亡患者(P<0.01)。结论MVD反映瘤组织内血管生成状态,与肿瘤的组织级别密切相关,可作为脑星形细胞瘤预后指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between microvessel density (MVD), clinicophathological characteristics and the prognosis in brain astrocytoma. Methods To determine the generation level of microvessel in 52 cases brain astrocytoma with immunohistochemistry. Results MVD in brain astrocytoma tissues was higher (71.8±27.8) than that in normal brain tissues (25.8±6.2) (P 〈0.01). Brain astrocytoma with high grade (Ⅲ-Ⅳ) had higher MVD (81,7±26.9) than that with low grade (52.8±18.4) (P 〈 0.01). MVD in patients with death group was higher than non-death group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions MVD reflects the state of angiogenesis in tumor, it is closely related with its tissular grade and MVD may be regarded as a prognostic factor in brain astrocytoma.
