摘　　要：QQ咨询服务是在网络环境下随时为读者提供在线咨询的一种服务手段,是对传统图书馆参考咨询服务的一种完善和更新,将成为现代图书馆参考咨询服务的主要发展方向,具有许多新的特点。图书馆应利用QQ所具备的各项功能为读者开展网络咨询服务,同时要解决服务中的有关问题。QQ reference service is a kind of service of offering online consultation to reader at any time under the environment of network,it is a kind of perfection and upgrading to the thing that the traditional library reference service.It will become main developing direction and have a lot of new characteristice. The library should utilize every function that QQ possesses to launch the reference service of the network for readers,solve the relevant problems while serving at the same time.
