摘　　要：目的了解实习护生医院感染知识知晓情况。方法采用问卷调查方式对实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生医院感染知识知晓率低,平均知晓率为34.51%。其中,洗手指征知晓率最高,为64.65%;医院感染管理重点部门知晓率最低,为10.10%;医院感染定义、医院感染控制措施和洗手范围的知晓率为别为45.45%,35.35%和22.22%。结论实习护生医院感染知识严重缺乏,加强对实习护生进行医院感染知识培训迫在眉睫。Objective To investigate probationer nurses＇ knowledge about nosocomial infection （NI）. Methods Survey among probationer nurses was performed by questionnaires. Results Probationer nurses＇ knowledge about NI was inadequate, the average recognizing rate was 34.51%. The recognizing rate about hand-washing indications was the highest （64.65%）; the recognizing rate about the key departments was the lowest （10.10%）. The recognizing rate about definition of NI, control measures of NI and hand-washing range was 45.45%, 35.35% and 22.22% respectively. Conclusion Probationer nurses lack NI knowledge, it is urgent to strengthen the training of probationer nurses in respect of NI control.
