直接描绘红色方波条栅图治疗弱视的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨直接描绘量化分级的红色方波条栅图,治疗各型弱视的疗效和机理。方法将依从性好的115例弱视患儿随机分为二组,散瞳验光配镜并酌情应用遮盖疗法基础上,实验组描绘专门设计的红色方波条栅图作为精细工作,对照组进行普通精细工作。结果实验组较对照组疗程明显缩短,平均每提高一行视力耗时3.75±1.71wk,对照组为6.07±1.5wk,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论应用红色方波条栅图治疗弱视,疗效可靠,疗程缩短,符合视觉生理发育机制。Purpose To study the therapeutic effect and mechanisms of drawing the red square-wave gratings picture graded in treating amblyopia. Methods 115 compliant children with amblyopia were divided randomly into two groups. After wearing glasses with or without patches, the experimental group did specialized red square-wave gratings picture as eyesight exercise, while the control group did general eyesight exercise. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a much shorter curing period. To gain visual improvement of a line, it took 3.75 ± 1.71 weeks in the experimental group and 6.07± 1.5 weeks in the control group, the difference is statistical significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Drawing the red square-wave gratings picture is an efficent and quick method to treat amblyopia, which corresponds with the physiology of vision development.
