摘　　要：论述了基于ObjectARX的冲裁优化排样CAD系统的开发过程。该系统通过读入冲裁件图形,能自动计算出其普通单排、普通双排、对头单排、对头双排的排样结果,并输出零件的优化排样图形。使用材料利用率高、具有良好的界面和人机交互功能。The development process of optimized layout CAD system of blanking based on ObjectARX is introduced. This system can automatically calculate the layout results including normal ＇single row, double row, pair wise single row, and pair wise double row by input of punching figure, and the optimized layout figure of part can be output. It brings high utilizing ratio of material, good interface, and interactive function between people and machines.
