脑梗塞及脑出血急性期红细胞免疫功能的观察

摘　　要：对52例脑梗塞及30例脑出血发病初期(3天以内)病人的红细胞C3b受体花环率及红细胞免疫复合物花环率进行了检测。结果为:①脑梗塞急性期病人的红细胞C3b受体花环率明显低于正常人(P＜0.001),而其红细胞免疫复合物花环率则明显高于正常人(P＜0.001)。说明脑梗塞急性期病人确有红细胞免疫功能下降;②脑出血急性期病人的两种花环率同正常人比较无显著差异,说明其红细胞免疫功能未受明显影响。In order to observe the erythrocyte immune function of acute cerebrovascular diseases, the two kinds of immune index,including the rosette rate of red blood cell C3b(RBC-C3b) receptor and rosette rate of RBC immune complex(RBC-IC)were examed in 52 cases of acute cere-bral infarction and 30 of acute cerebral haemorrhage. The results showed that:①The rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor in infarction group was lower than that in normal subjects,while the rosette rate of RBC-IC was higher;②Both rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor and RBC-1C in haemorrhage group were similar to the normal.
