摘　　要：随着国际贸易交往的增多,ISO9000质量认证证书成为企业产品通向国际市场的通行证。ISO9000标准的推行对企业而言,要求全员、全过程的参与。企业领导对贯标认证工作的态度,将直接影响企业开展贯标认证工作的成效。文章着重从“标准对企业领导的作用、技能及领导方式的要求”三方面,分析了2000版ISO9000标准在实施过程中对企业领导的要求。With increase of international business, ISO 9000 Quality Certification has become a password to international market for the enterprise. Its implementation in the enterprise requires all staff to be involved for the whole course. Leaders＇ attitude to its implementation will directly affect its result. In terms of “requirement of leaders＇ function ability and mode”, analyzed the requirement of leaders in the implementation of ISO 9000（2000ED）
