摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线表现及病理基础。方法:经手术,病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌53例,观察钼靶X线表现并与病理分级对照。结果:癌灶的X线表现为有钙化者23例(43.4%),有肿块者39例(73.6%),有结构扭曲者8例(15.1%)。级的肿块率高于级、级;级,级的结构扭曲率高于级。结论:浸润性导管癌的X线表现多样,不同级别的浸润性导管癌的X线表现不完全相同。Objective To analyze the mammographic features of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma （IDC）and the correlation between the mammographic and pathologic findings. Methods A study of 53 consecutive mammograms in patients with breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma was performed to determine the correlations between the mammographic and pathologic findings. Results Microcalcifications appeared in 23 cases （43.4%）,a mass in 39 cases （73.6%）,and distortionin 8cases（15.1%）,respectively. Grade Ⅰ , ⅡIDC were likely to beassociated with distortion, and grade ⅡIDC was more likely to beassociated with a mass when findings were seen on mammogram. Conclusions The mammographic features of IDC were various. They show differences in different Grades of the tumor.
