达县师专升格为四川文理学院的可行性与发展规划研究

摘　　要：达县师专作为川东地区惟一的省属普通高等学校,在川东三市全面建设小康社会过程中将发挥举足轻重的作用。达县师专29年的办学历程所取得的丰硕教学、科研成果,不仅为学校升本奠定了基础,而且为办好四川文理学院提供了条件。未来的四川文理学院将以文理学科为主,多学科协调发展,在继续保持教师教育的基础上,重点发展地方产业急需的应用型专业,积极为地方经济建设和社会事业培养各类专门人才。Daxian Teachers College, the only one province - owned higher school in the Eastern part of Sichuan province, plays a vital role in building the well - off society in an all - around way in three cities of East Sichuan. It has a 29 - year educational experience of running school with abundant achievements of teaching and scientific researches which have laid a foundation for upgrading and provided a condition for running well Sichuan Arts and Science University. This university after its upgrading will center upon the Arts and Science, develop all subjects coordinately and harmoniously, continuously consolidate the teachers training education and stress the training of practical personnel meeting the needs of local industrial development, so as tO actively supply diversified professional talents to the regional economic construction and the cause of the society.
