摘　　要：为适应社会发展的需要,贯彻学校体育必须树立“健康第一”的指导思想,进一步深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人,高校体育教学必须进行改革,只有这样才能适应当今社会发展的需要,培养符合21世纪的复合型人才。In order to meet the needs of the society development, carry out the beading idea o“Health First” on which PE in schools must focus,deepen the education reform,provide an education with all- round development in all schools and higher- learning institutions, develop the students＇ innovative spirit and ability of apply their skills and foster our socialist successors with lofty ideals,moral integrity, fine education and a high sense of discipline, the physical education in colleges and universities must be reformed to meet the needs of the society development and to produce students with inter- disciplinary knowledge and well - rounded abilities.
