从制度经济性角度认识高校教学管理制度的合理性

摘　　要：高校教学管理制度和主管部门的监控制度正在逐步建立和完善,但任何制度的建立和更新都是有制度成本的。从制度经济性的角度提出了制度合理性的特征,并分析了高校教学管理制度的制度成本和制度效益,在此基础上提出了高校教学管理制度的合理性安排的原则。The educational management systems in colleges and universities and the supervising and controlling system of the department in charge are gradually established and perfected. The establishment and renewal of any system, however, contain system cost. This paper puts forward the characteristics of the rationality of the systems from the perspective of the economical efficiency of systems, analyzes the system costs and system benefits of the educational management systems in colleges and universities, and set forth the principles in the rational arrangement of educational management systems in colleges and universities.
