消化片治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消化片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法82例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组,治疗组52例,予消化片,每日5片,每日3次餐前服;对照组30例,予多潘立酮10 mg,每日3次餐前服。2组均2周为1个疗程,观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.15%,对照组总有效率70%。2组总有效率比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论消化片具有促进消化、促进胃肠排空、增加消化酶分泌的作用,治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaohua tablet on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 52 patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 52） and control group （ n = 30）. Patients in the treatment group were orally administrated Xiaohuo tablet before meals, five tablets everytime, three times a day. Patients in the control group were orally given Domperidone before meals, 10 milligram everytime, three times a day. Two weeks was a therapautic course in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.15% and 70% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.01）. Condusion Xiaohua tablet has a difinite effect on FD by promoting gastrointestinal motility.
