摘　　要：保险业的迅速发展,为保险教育提供了发展机遇,同时也面临着挑战。高职院校保险专业如何转变观念,确定人才培养目标、制定人才培养计划,以适应保险市场对人才的需求,是高职院校保险专业要思考的重要课题。The rapid development of insurance affords chances for insurance education .At the same time it also has challenge .It＇s our important subject to think how to bring our opinion .How to insure the purpose of developing latent for the request of insurance market.
