路优泰与多虑平治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究(附50例报告)

摘　　要：目的比较路优泰与多虑平治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及不良反应。方法对50例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组,分别服用路优泰或多虑平。疗程6周。于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAM A)得分情况来评定疗效。以副反应量表(TESS)得分情况评价治疗中出现的不良反应。结果路优泰与多虑平的疗效相仿,但前者的不良反应较后者明显减轻。结论路优泰是治疗广泛性焦虑症的安全、有效药物。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of neurostan and doxepine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods：Firft patients were randomly assigned to receive neurostan （n=25）and doxepine （n=25） respectively for 6 weeks. HAMA and TESS were adopted to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of the treatment. Results：The efficacy of neurostan and doxepine had no significant difference,but neurostan had fewer side effects. Conclusion-Neurostan is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
