摘　　要：目的探讨温控射频热凝加甘油注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛的穿刺方法、疗效、复发率、并发症。方法采用Hartel前入路穿刺法。温控射频热凝加甘油注射治疗三叉神经痛52例。结果总有效率为94.2%、复发率为7.7%。结论温控射频热凝加甘油注射治疗三叉神经痛是安全、简便、有效、适应证广的方法。Objective To explore the puncture method, effect, relapse rate and complication in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency thermocoagnlation and glycerol rhizotomy. Methods 52 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radio frequency thermocoagulation and glycerol rhizotomy by Hartel former income road puncture law. Rusults The total effective rate was 94.2%. The relapse rate was 7.7%. Conclusions Radiofrequency thermocoagulation and glycerol rhizotomy for tringeminal neuralgia is a safety, simple, convenient and wide indication method.
