摘　　要：在绘画中反映北方游牧民族的饮食对象和饮食行为的多见于古墓葬的壁画,描绘了北方游牧民族的狩猎、牧群以及备食、烹饪、进饮(进食)、宴饮、茶道等行为过程。而在宴饮的场合中往往结合以歌舞,有的歌舞甚至直接表现饮食行为,或用饮食器作道具表演,烘托宴饮的氛围,则反映了北方游牧民族通常集歌舞乐为一体的饮食文化。The paintings with the reflection of the food source and the behavior are more seen in the murals from the ancient tomb with the description of the hunting, herding, preparing food, eating, feast and tea drinking. At the feast, there are often singing and dancing performance some of which show the eating or have food utensils as properties northern nomadic ethnic groups melted the singing and dancing into their fppd culture.
