摘　　要：侦查讯问是指刑事诉讼中侦查人员对犯罪嫌疑人的讯问。它是一项法定的侦查行为，是刑事诉讼中一项由公权力主导的侦查措施，是一种经常性的调查手段。对其制度的构建，对完善司法制度、规范傀查行为、刑事案件侦破、保障犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益等有着重要意义。本文拟通过。Detective Interrogation refers to the interrogation which detectives carry on to suspects. It is a way of detection controlled by the public authority, and its institutional construction is significant for the perfection of legal institution and regulation of detective act, investigation and solution of criminal cases, and protection of the legitimate rights of the suspects. The paper gives the author＇s ideas on how to construct more sound criminal detective interrogation institution.
