摘　　要：在我国经济体制改革不断深入、可持续发展战略及西部大开发战略的进一步实施和经济全球化的大背景下,特别是我国加入WTO后,新疆民营企业充分利用资源与地缘优势,走外向型经济发展的道路,开展国际经营、积极参与国际竞争,已经成为经济全球化对新疆经济的必然要求和新疆民营企业发展到一定历史阶段的必然选择。本文将对新疆民营企业的外向化发展提出一些思路和对策。With the development of economic structural reform,especially after joining the WTO,xinjiang private enterprises should make good use of the resource and geography advantage to do foreign trade with the countries all over the world.This essay will talk about how the xinjiang private enterprises to open the international market on the basis of the development situation of xinjiang private enterprises.
