石化企业设备管理与企业管理的几点思考

摘　　要：简要介绍了现代设备管理的发展,并对现在企业中广泛应用的全员生产维修、全员规范化生产维修、全面质量管理和ISO9000等认证体系等进行了论述,对它们的相互关系进行了分析,并结合我国石化企业管理实际情况进行了探讨。The development of modern plant maintenance was introduced. The TPM （Total Productive Maintenance）, TNPM （Total Normalized Productive Maintenance）, TQM （Total Quality Management） and ISO 9000 that are extensively used in modern enterprises have been discussed. Their relationship among them was also analyzed. In addition, this paper made some discussions in association with the practical situation of management of domestic petrochemical enterprises
