摘 要:实验采用3种类型、15个小麦F_1组合与玉米杂交种中单120进行杂交,研究不同小麦基因型单倍体产生的差异。结果:胚产生率六倍体太谷核不育小麦复合杂交5个组合在17.4%~28.5%间(平均23.8%),六倍体普通小麦6个单交组合在6.3%~10.8%间(平均8.1%),四倍体硬粒小麦4个单交组合在4.4%~11.0%间(平均8.2%)。统计分析表明:3种小麦类型内各组合之间胚产生率无显著差异,但是,核不育小麦复合杂交F_1分别与普通小麦单交F_1和硬粒小麦单交F_1间有显著差异,而后两种类型间无显著差异。胚培养植株产生率3种类型分别为73.3%、61.9%、23.5%。讨论了该方法产生双单倍体的实用性。Three types of 15 wheat F1 crosses were crossed with the maize F1 hybrid Zhong Dan 120 to study the difference of haploid production among different wheat F1. The result showed that frequencies of embryo formation ranged from 17. 4% to 28. 5% (mean 23. 8%) in the 5 composite crossing F1 of male sterile (Tal gene) hexaploid wheat (type 1), from 6. 3% to 10. 8% (mean 8. 1%) in the 6 F1 single crosses of bread wheat (type 2) and from 4. 4% to 11. 0% (mean 8. 2%) in the 4 F1 single crosses of Trticum durum (type 3). Statistics analysis showed that there were no significant difference among crosses within the three types and between type 2 and type 3 for frequencies of embryo formation, but significantly difference were found between type 1 and type 2, type 1 and type 3. The frequencies of plant production for embryo culture were 73. 3%. 61. 9% and 23. 5% for the three types,respectivily. Practicality of wheat×maize cross to produce duble haploid was discussed.
