腺泡状软组织肉瘤临床病理观察及其组织起源初探  

ALVEOLAR SOFT PART SARCOMA-A CLINICOPA-THOLOGICAL AND IMMUNOHISTOCHOMICAL STUDY

摘　　要：报告10例腺泡状软组织肉瘤的临床病理特点,并用8种抗体进行免疫组化染色,结果显示:3例Desmin、HHF_(-35)呈点灶性阳性,1例α—SMA阳性,其余Chromogrania A、Synaptophysin、NSE、S-100和CK均为阴性.作者认为腺泡状软组织肉瘤易复发转移,应与副神经节瘤鉴别.尽管少数病例显示了肌肉相关抗原的阳性表达,其确切组织起源仍需更多证据支持.10 cases of Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma (ASPS) were presented. Follow-up clinic data were available in 4 cases. The clinicopathologic characteristics of patients were similar to those reported previously. The immunohistochemical study with 8 kinds of antibodies showed that:3 cases were positive locally for Desmin and HHF35, respectively;1 case was positive for α-smooth muscle Actin;and all were negetive for Chromogranin A,Synapto-physin、NSE、S-100 and Cytokeratin. We thought that the more evidents are needed to define the nature of ASPS,though the presence of the muscle-related antigens suggested the myogehic chararter of this tumor.
