回肠折叠包埋式输尿管抗返流吻合的临床应用

摘　　要：为证实回肠折叠包埋式输尿管抗返流的低压回肠代膀胱术的实用价值，自１９９２年８月～１９９５年１月，对１２例膀胱癌患者施行回肠折叠包埋式输尿管抗返流的低压回肠代膀胱术，随访３～２９个月，患者可获得近似生理状态的排尿，无尿失禁及残余尿。术后定期膀胱造影，未发现明显输尿管返流。回肠折叠包埋式输尿管抗返流吻合，操作简单，效果可靠，值得临床应用。From Aug. 1992 to Jan. 1995,a low pressure ileal pouch with a segment of folding ilium for antireflux uretero-ileal implantation was constructed in 1 2 patients for bladder replace ment after radical cystectomy. Following up 3～29 months,the results indicated that all the patients could obtain normal urination with no significant residual urine,no incontinence and reflux was found. The antireflux uretero-ileal implantation with a segment of folding ilium is considered a simple ,effective and valuable model.
