摘　　要：目的改善眶内容切除术后患者的外观。方法对２２例患者行眶内容切除术，同时或延期进行眼眶重建术。其中颞肌转移１１例，带血管蒂的颞顶筋膜转移１０例，游离背阔肌肌皮瓣移植１例。结果除７例睑切除需再次成形之外，其他病例术后可戴义眼，外观尚满意。结论认为颞顶筋膜转移术是较好的修复方法。ObjectiveAsurgerywasdesignedforthecosmeticiprovementaferorbtalexenteration.MethodsExenterationassociatedwthsimltaneousorsecondaryorbitalreconstructionwasper-formedon22patients,includingtransplantationoftemporalismusclein11cases,temporoparietalfasciawithvascularpediclein10casesadlatissimusdorsimyocutaneousfreeflapinonecase.ResultsExcept7patientswhoneededpalpebralresectionandorthopedicoperationthesecondtime,alofthemwerefitedwelwithocularprosthesespostoperativelyandobtainedsatisfactorycosmeticre┐sults.ConclusionAmongthethreemethodsoforbitalreconstruction,thetemporoparietalfasciatransplantationisthebest.
