摘  要:采用PAP免疫组化和AChE染色技术对25只大鼠坐骨神经损伤后不同时期的近段和远段神经的生长相关蛋白(GAP-43)表达和再生情况作了观察。结果显示:(1)坐骨神经切断损伤后产生免疫反应阳性,近段神经以7d组染色最强,远段神经以14d组最强;(2)神经切断处和近切口处的远段神经AChE染色有逐渐增强趋势,单位面积阳性纤维数从7d后逐渐增加。根据结果,本文对GAP-43的表达规律和AChE染色的应用及其意义进行探讨。In this article ,the sciatic nerve of 25 rats were cut and approximated again by suturing.The in-jured nerves were examined with immunohistochemical technic(PAP method)for GAP-43 expression andAChE staining for nerve regeneration at different times after operation. (I)In immunostaining the proximalstumpsstained strongly positive 7 days after injury and the distal part 14 days after injury. The staining be-came apparently weaken 30 days later.(2)In AChE staining the staining was getting deepen at the distalstumps,near the point of cutting and the AChE positive fibers per unit area increased in number from the7th day of operation.
