摘　　要：目的探讨光学药物压抑法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法选择256例弱视儿童,准确验光后采用光学药物压抑法治疗,并辅以精细目力训练。结果治愈207例(80.9%),进步42例(16.4%),无效7例(2.7%),总有效率达97.3%。结论光学药物压抑法治疗儿童弱视行之有效,其疗效与弱视程度、初诊年龄、屈光程度、注视性质有关。Objective To study the effect of optical and drug penalization for treatment in amiblyopic children. Methods Two hundred and fifty six with amiblyopia were treated with optical and drug penalization after correct spectacle, combined with fine sight training. Results Two hundreds and seven cases were cured（80.9 % ）, forty two cases were improved（ 16.4 % ）, seven cases were nullified（2.7 % ）, and the total improvement rate was 97.3 %. Conclusions Optical and drug penalization for treatment in amiblyopic children is effected. Results of amiblyopia treatment are closely related with amiblyopie degree, age, ametropic degree, fixation character.
