摘　　要：１９６０年３月至１９９４年１２月施行结肠代食管术９７例。其中男７５例，女２２例。年龄５～６８岁。包括食管良性狭窄１５例，食管癌８２例。全组无手术死亡。随访１～３０年食管狭窄７例良好；食管癌４６例，平均生存率１４个月。文中评估了结肠代食管术并讨论了术中对结肠移植段和营养血管的选择及并发症的预防。This paper intooducescolonic interposition for esophageal substitution on 97 patients。Fifteen were benign stoicture and 82 were esophegeal carcinoma。There were 75 males and 22 females。The age of the patients varied from 5～68 years,Results:There was no operative death follow-up for l ～30 years revealed satisfactory results in all of the 7 cases of benign stricture。In 46 cases of esophageal carcinoma the mean survival time was l4 months.Conclusion:Colonic interposition for esophageal replacement is a technique of choici for sargical troatment of benign esophageal stricture。This technique,however,showed no superiority in cases of esophageal carcinoma.
