摘　　要：制造企业实施信息化是以现代信息技术改造传统工业的有效手段。制造企业有效的集成各种信息技术的成果是实施信息化的基础。西安冶金机械有限公司在实施ERP系统的实践中,通过在设计和工艺阶段有效地进行物料编码,解决了大量数据手工录入的问题,为制造企业实施ERP系统提供了有益的借鉴和指导。The informatization is an effective way for manufacturing enterprises to rebuild traditional industry with modem information technology. The basis of carrying out informatization in manufacturing enterprises is to integrate outcomes of different information technologies. During the process of implementing Enterprise Resources Planning （ERP） system in Xi＇an Metallurgical Machinery Company, the problem of inputting by hand a great deal of data by encoding supplies successfully in phases of design and draft are solved. The system resolution project for supplies encoding is helpful for manufacturing enterprises to implement ERP system.
