复方丹参治疗高血压性基底节区脑出血临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方丹参注射液治疗急性期高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法共选2000年～2003年95例病人,随机分成治疗组及对照组,分析临床疗效。结果治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为:87.5%和61.7%(P<0.01),第21d 平均血肿体积分别为12.78±5.02 ml 和19.23±6.15 ml,t=3.982,P<0.05,治疗组血肿明显吸收。结论复方丹参液具有较好的改善循环作用,促进血肿吸收,减少肿水肿形成,改善临床疗效。Objective To study the effect of treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with injection red sage root. Methods 95 cases With intracerebral hemorrhage from 2000-2003 divided randomly into therapeutic and control groups in order to compare its effect. Results The effective rate of therapeutic group and control group were 87. 5% and 61.7% respectively（ P 〈0. 01 ）. On 21th day,the vulumn of the hematuma in therapeutic group and control group were 12. 78±5.02 ml and 19. 23±6. 15 ml respectively（ t = 3. 982, P 〈 0.05 ）, the hematoma in therapeutic group was obviously absorpted. Conclusion Red sage root has a satisfactory role in microcirculation ameliorating to improve the absorption of hematoma and decrease edema, improve the clinical effect after 3 months.
