摘  要:建立了一种区带毛细管电泳法测定中草药中香草醛、阿魏酸和香草酸的方法.在优化的条件下,3种物质在10 min内得到良好分离.香草醛、阿魏酸和香草酸峰面积和质量浓度分别在2~200、2~200和1~200μg·mL-1范围内成良好线性.香草醛、阿魏酸和香草酸的检出限分别为0.49、0.56和0.38μg·mL-1.该方法被用于分析实际样品并做加标回收实验,得到令人满意的结果.A method has been established to determine vanillin, fendic acid and vanillic acid in Chinese medicines by capillary zone electrophoresis. Under the optimized conditions, the three analytes were well separated in 10 min. A good linear relationship existed between peak area and concentration in the 2-200,2-200 and 1-200μg·mL^-1 concentration range for vanillin, femlic acid and vinillic acid, respectively. The detection limits, based on three times noise were 0.49,0.56,0.38μg·mL for vanillin, fendic acid and vanillic acid, respectively. The developed method was applied to determine vanillin, fendic acid and vanillic acid in Chinese medicine with good results. To further verify the viability of the method, recovery experiments were carried out, the results were satisfactory.
