以异环磷酰胺为主治疗晚期复发性或／和转移性癌的疗效

摘　　要：１９９１年１月～１９９４年７月以异环磷酰胺为主（ＩＭＶＤ方案）治疗晚期复发性或／和转移性癌２２例。男１４例，女８例。年龄２５～７０岁，中位数５２岁。治疗客观缓解率６８．２％，其中ＣＲ２２．７％，ＰＲ４５．５％。１８例至今已生存１～２．５年，１５例仍处于ＣＲ或ＰＲ。毒副反应主要是轻度恶心，镜下血尿，脱发和骨髓抑制。１１例化疗前后加用Ｇ—ＣＳＦ，有骨髓保护作用。本组无因治疗而引起的死亡。作者认为以ＩＦＯ为主的化疗疗效满意，毒性较低。Twenty-two patients,aged 25-7O years with recurrent and/ormetastatic cancer were treated with chemotherapy using a combination of Ifosfamide/Mesna,VP16 and Carboplatin or Cisplatin(IMVC or IMVD).All patients were evaluated for response.Objective responses were seen in 15/22(68.2%)patients:complete 5/22(22.7%),partial 10/22(45.5%).Eighteen of these patients remained alive for1 to 2.5 years,15 of the 18 were remaining in continuous complete and partial remission.Side effects to chemotherapy were mainly nausea,alopecia,mircoscopic hematuria and myelosuppression.There was no treatment related death reported.11 patients received G-CSF before and immediately after chemotherapy,myelo-protect activity was observed.These results indicate that IMVC,IMVD are efffective combination in recurrent and metastatic cancer with less toxicity.
