15例中晚期肺癌大剂量顺铂双路化疗并同步放疗的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：作者报告了１５例中晚期肺癌经支气管动脉灌注大剂量顺铂（１０～１５０ｍｇ）加静脉快速滴注硫代硫酸钠（ＳＴＳ）解毒并行同步放疗的近期疗效观察结果。表明近期有效率ＣＲ＋ＰＲ为９３％（１４／１５），目前全部病例存活。作者认为，大剂量顺铂支气管动脉灌注并同步放疗能明显提高疗效，而使用硫代硫酸钠（ＳＴＳ）解毒和使用基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子（ｒｈＧ－ＣＳＦ）升白细胞是这种治疗方式得以成功的关键。This article reports on the experiences in the treatment of 15 patients with intermediate and late stage pulmonary cancers with high dose cisplatin (100-150mg)perfusion via the bronchial artery plus intavenous sodium thiosuphate(STS)and subcutoneous rhG-CFS in combination with simultaneous radiotherapy.The results showed that effect was seen in 93%of cases. The authors believe that this approach of therapy could improve the terapeutic effect on pulmonary carcinoma.
