摘　　要：新世纪呼唤新型的图书馆学人才培养模式。文章主要阐述了如何构建宽口径、厚基础、精专业的创新性“复合型”图书馆学人才培养模式,并进一步论述实现图书馆学人才培养模式的途径。The new training pattern for library science talent is needed urgently in new century. The article analyses the innovational and complex training pattern with broad knowledge, .solid foundation and proficient specialty. The practice ways are then put forward.
