摘 要:经奈氏比色测定两组栽培玉米自交系×大刍草远缘杂种F1及其亲本蛋白质含量。结果,大刍草的含量最高,为21.9%,其余依次为亲本自交系4792×大刍草的远缘杂交种F1(16.9%)、亲本自交系3153(15.2%)、自交系3153×大刍草的远缘杂交种F1(13.6%)和亲本自交系4792(12%)。杂种优势分析表明,栽培玉米自交系×大刍草的杂种F1蛋白质含量表现负向中亲优势,甚至负向超亲优势,而且杂交的双亲蛋白质含量差异越大杂种优势表现越强,差异越小杂种优势越弱。Distant cross between maize inbred line (4792 and 3153) and Z.mixicana was done, and Colorimetry determine protein content on distant crossing progeny F1 and its parents were analyzed. The protein content of Z. mixicana was 21.9 %, which was the highest. Hybrid F1 maize 4792 and Z. mixicana, its protein content was 16.9 % . the protein content of maize 3153 was 15.2 %. while protein content of progeny F1(13.6 % )was evident lower than that of its parents maize 3153 and Z.mixicana. the protein content of maize 4792 (12 % ) was the lowest . The results showed that the protein content of distant crossing progeny F1 was minus mid-parent heterosis, even was minus over-parent heterosis. The more difference parents had in protein content, the more heterosis would have.
