摘　　要：本文阐述了固定和移动网络融合的驱动力,分析比较了固定NGN和移动3G的异同,讨论了固网和移动网络融合的几个层面,介绍了基于IMs的固定与移动网络融合方案。This paper describes the driver of fixed and mobile network convergence and analysis the similarities and differences between the fixed NGN and the 3G,then discuss the several layers of typed and mobile network convergence ,at last the IMS based fixed and mobile network convergence solution is introduced.
