摘　　要：近几年来,随着高等学校招生规模的扩大,大学毕业生就业难的问题越来越明显。从社会、家庭、学 校、个人四个方面分析当前大学生就业难的原因,提出确实可行的措施。增强大学生就业竞争力,解决大学 生就业难,是全社会务必重视的一个问题,更是高等学校以及教育行政主管部门亟待解决的重要问题。In recent years, with the enlargement of college student enrollment, the problem of employment becomes more and more obvious. This article analyses the reasons and puts forward the feasible measures from the aspect of society, family, university and students themselves. Employment of college students is an important problem and should be solved timely by the education administrative departments and colleges.
