摘　　要：目的建立适合我国现有条件的眼内新生血管动物模型。方法C57BL/6新生小鼠随机分为正常对照组和相对缺氧组;缺氧组小鼠于出生后第7d放入含氧量75%的密闭干燥箱内,5d后恢复常氧环境饲养,于21日龄处死,取眼球固定、切片、染色后,计数视网膜切片中突破内界膜的血管内皮细胞数,定量分析视网膜新生血管数。结果正常对照组视网膜切片中突破内界膜的血管内皮细胞核数为0.74±0.81,相对缺氧组为22.79±3.29,有显著性差异,成功制造出眼内新生血管的动物模型。同时发现保持氧含量的稳定和保证母鼠的存活是实验成功的关键。结论用本方法制造眼内新生血管的动物模型,简单、实用、可靠,适合于我国现有的实验室条件。Objective To establish an animal model of retinal neovasculartzatton.Methods Newborn C57BL/6 mice （7 days） were exposed to 75% oxygen for 5 days and then housed in room air （relative hypoxia） .The mice of 21 days were anesthetized and the eyes were enucleated and fixed. The stained sections were examined in microscopy. Retinal vascular cell nuclei anterior to inner limiting membrane were counted in a masked fashion. The neovascularization score was defined as the average number of neovascular nuclei per section. Results There were negligible numbers of nuclei extending beyond the inner limiting membrane into the vitreous in rooin-air-reared animls 0.76 ± 0.81.The numbers of neovascular nuclei in mice with the oxygen-induced retinopathy were significantly increased to 22.79 ± 3.29. And the key of the experiment is to keep the oxygen concentration stabilize and to avoid the death of nursing mothers. Conclusion The methods of establishing animal model of retinal neovascularization were easy and useful, which were suitable for the condition of our lab. [Rec Adv Ophthalmol 2005;25（5）：393-395]
