酶催化氧化处理高浓度有机工业废水

摘　　要：以辣根过氧化物酶为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,采用酶催化氧化法,对含苯胺、酚类化合物和其他化学物质的高浓度有机工业废水进行了一级处理。结果表明,当辣根过氧化物酶用量为1mL,过氧化氢用量为0.2mL,反应时间为15min,pH值为8～9,温度25℃左右时,CODCr去除率可达到50%以上。The high concentration organic industrial waste water containing aniline, phenols and other chemical matters was primarily treated with horseradish peroxidase as biological catalyst and H_2O_2 as oxidant, by enzymatic oxidation. The results showed that when the amount of horseradish peroxidase was 1mL, H_2O_2 was 0.2 mL,reaction time was 15 min,pH value was 8~9,temperature was about 25℃,the removal rate of COD_ Cr was more than 50%.
