摘　　要：目的探讨经内镜金属钛夹治疗消化道急性出血的适应证、疗效及安全性。方法使用Olympus HX-600-135型钛夹治疗非静脉曲张性消化道急性大出血患者94例。结果94例中即时止血率91.5%(86/94),止血后再发出血率仅2.3%(2/86)。结论内镜钛夹治疗各种非静脉曲张性消化道急性大出血是一种安全、有效、经济、简便的治疗措施。Objective To investigate the indications, efficacy and safety of endoscopic hemoclip in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 94 patients with active non-variceal bleeding or non-bleeding visible vessels were treated by endoscopic hemoclip. An Olympus HX-5LR-1 titanic clip adjuster and HX-600-135 metal titanic clip were used to focus on both end of the bleeding area and clip the bleeding vessel and the nearby tissue. Results Except 4 patients with peptic ulcer, 2 patients with gastric caffcer, 1 patients with Dieulafoy＇s disease and 1 patients with hemorrhage because of colon cancer after treatment, initial hemostasis succeded in 86 patients （91.5%）. Recurrent hemorrhage occurred in 2 patients with Dieulafoy＇s disease and bile duct-duodenum fistula, respectively. Conclusion Endoscopic hemoclip is effective and safe in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.
