急性脑出血早期中西医结合治疗对患者康复的影响

摘　　要：对比观察了早期中西医结合治疗与单纯西医常规治疗，对急性高血压性脑出血患者的病后康复状况的影响。结果表明中西医结合治疗组无论在促进颅内血肿的吸收及脑水肿的消除，还是在促进患者神经功能的恢复方面，疗效均较单纯西医治疗为优：两组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５～ｐ＜０．０１）。表明早期应用中西医结合的治疗方法，对于脑出血患者的病后康复有着明显的帮助。The effect of integrated Chinese medicine (ICM) on the convalescent of acute cerebral hemor rhage patients were observed. The results showd that the effect of patients treated with ICM was better than that treated with Western medicine alone on the aspects of absorption of brain hemetoma. elimination of encephaledema and recovery of neural function (P＜0.05, 0.01). It suggested that early application of integrated Chinese medicine is very helpful in rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage patients
