摘　　要：剖析了现有人才培养模式的缺陷,倡导以“产、学交互”为手段的新模式,提出了适应“产、学交互”型培养模式的教学要素的优化思路.This article points out the shortcoming of present talent training mode. It advocates a new mode of “interation of production - studying”, and puts forward thoughts of perfecting teaching factor of training mode of “interation of production - studying”.
