摘  要:目的 研究人晶状体前囊膜(LC)中组织型谷氨酰胺转移酶(tTG)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)的表达及相互关系。方法 在白内障摘除术中获得晶状体前囊膜,立即进行免疫组化染色,光镜下观察标本表达情况并结合图像分析测定染色强度。结果 tTG各组标本中皮质性组与核性组、外伤性组之间统计学差异明显(P<0.05);FN各组标本中,皮质性组与核性组、外伤组、正常组之间统计学差异明显(P<0.05),其他各组间无明显统计学差异。回归分析显示人晶状体上皮中FN的表达有39.1%可由晶状体上皮细胞中tTG的不同来解释。结论 tTG在皮质性白内障人晶状体上皮细胞中表达升高可某种程度促进与之关联的FN的合成。Objective To study the expression and the relationship of tissue transglutanfinase(tTG) and fibronectin(FN) in lens anterior eapsules(LC). Methods The eircular sections of the anterior eapsuhs with attached lens epithelial ceils(LECs) were obtained by operation. The LC were stained by immunohistochemieal technique and observed under the light microscopy. The expression level of tTG and FIN were measured by HMIAS. Result Tbe expression of tTG in the LECs of eortieal cataract was higher than of nuelear eataraet and traumatie cataraet in statistics( P 〈0.05), the expression of FN in the LC of eortieal eataraet was higher than of nuclear eataract, traumatic eataraet and nomad lens in statistics( P 〈0.05), there is no obvious difference between the other teams. Regression analysis disclose the expression of FN in the LC ean be partly explained by the differenee of tTG in the LECs. Conclusion the higher expression of tTG in the LECs of eataraet will partly augment the formation of FN.
