摘　　要：导出了适用于近距离面目标热成像系统的微分光谱匹配因数（亦称质量因数）且。当Ｔ≈３００Ｋ、λ＝８～１４μｍ时，当Ｔ≈１０００Ｋ，λ＝３～５μｍ时，决定热成像系统的温度分辨率：ＮＥＴＤ，ＭＲＴＤ，ＭＤＴＤ。The differential spectral matching factor M of the thermal imaging system for detecting low temperethe plane targets in short distance has ho derived in this paper.M is the decisivefactor for the temperature resolution of the imager NEED,MRTD and MDTD.
