摘　　要：作者通过问卷调查的形式对武汉地区三大类型的7个图书馆参考咨询服务开展了实地调查。调查内容分别涉及参考咨询部门的管理模式、参考咨询的参考信息源建设、参考咨询的服务方式、参考咨询的服务类型、参考咨询的服务对象、参考咨询队伍的构成、学科馆员制度的建立、联合参考咨询组织等8个问题。The author has developed the on -the- spot investigation through the questionnaire survey form the Wuhan area 7 libraries. It involves management pattern of inner - library＇s reference services, reference information resource construction, reference services＇ modes, reference services providing contents, reference services＇ users, reference librarians＇ comprising, subject librarian system＇s establishment and evaluation, collaborative reference organization or treaty eight problems.
