正常眼压性青光眼生物学因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨正常眼压性青光眼患者(normal-tensionglaucoma,NTG)与正常对照组的中央角膜厚度(centralcornealthickness,CCT)、角膜曲率、眼轴长度和24h动态血压变化的差异。方法:NTG组27例54只眼,对照组30例60只眼,分别进行眼科常规检查,测量CCT、角膜曲率、眼轴长度和24h动态血压监测,并将数据进行统计学分析。结果:CCT在NTG组为(520.63±18.00)μm,对照组为(538.16±22.00)μm,两组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);角膜曲率在NTG组为(44.22±1.49)D,对照组为(44.45±1.62)D,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);眼轴长度在NTG组为(24.17±1.27)mm,对照组为(23.64±0.91)mm,两组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);24h动态血压的夜间收缩压最低值在NTG组为(97.67±15.03)mmHg,对照组为(105.67±14.27)mmHg,夜间舒张压最低值在NTG组为(51.89±7.96)mmHg,对照组为(56.83±8.43)mmHg,两组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:NTG组角膜厚度较对照组薄,眼轴较对照组长,夜间血压较对照组为低。Objective To investigate the biological factors for normal-tension glaucoma （NTG）. Methods Twenty-seven cases （54 eyes） of NTG group and 30 cases （60 eyes） of control group （age and sex ratio were matched） were checked with the conventions exams, central corneal thiekness（CCT）, corneal radius, axial length of the globe and 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results There were statistical differences between the NTG group and the control group, the CCT was thinner in NTG group than in control group[ （520.63±18.00）μm vs （538.16±22.00）μm, P〈0.05]; Axial length of the globe was significantly longer in NTG group than in control group[（24.17±1.27） mm vs （23.64±0.91）mm, P〈0.01]; Both the nocturnal lowest systolic blood pressure and the nocturnal lowest diastolic blood pressure of the NTG patients was significantly lower than that of the control group [（97.67±15.03）mm. Hg vs （105.67±14.27） mmHg, P〈0.05; P〈0.05; （51.89±27.96） mmHg vs （56.83±28.43） mmHg, P〈0.05]. There wasno significant difference in corneal radius between the two groups [（44.22±1.49）D vs （44. 45±1.62）D, P〈0.05]. Conclusion The CCT is thinner, axial length of the globe is signifieandy longer and the nocturnal blood pressure is lower in the group of NTG than those in control group.
