摘　　要：本文叙述了光学天文时纬观测资料的残差在仪器周围地区发生强地震前夕出现短期异常波动的现象。此类资料可用于地方铅垂线变化研究，并能为仪器周围地区可能发生的强震提供短期预测信息．本文还介绍了在北京地区组建的用于上述研究的光学时纬预测网。Abstract This paper about the phenomenon of anomaly of astronomical time-latitude residuals before major earthquake occurred around observatory. The data of time-latitude could be researched for the variation of local vertical, and could provided the information of forcasting major earthquakes. This paper also introduces the monitoring net of optical time-latitude instruments in Beijing for above research aspects.
