摘　　要：机器视觉测量用视觉传感器采集目标图像,通过对图像各种特征量的分析处理,获取被测曲面信息。设计了一机器视觉测量系统,识别一幅图像中是否存在确定大小和形状子图像,若有则识别出它的位置。介绍如何利用“模板匹配”法对目标图像进行识别,并举例如何利用系统检测药片的包装是否合格(有无漏装)。Machine vision detection obtains information of the detected curved surface by analyzing different characteristics of target images,which have been collected by vision sensors.This project is designed to set up a system of Machine Vision Detection based on the pattern Recognition and to study questions concerning system modeling.The main body of this paper, is about how to recognize target images by using Pattern Recognition.To test this system,a set of testing procedures are mainly discussed.The system was used to detect whether the package of medicine conform to criteria,that is,whether the package is complete.
