摘　　要：作者通过对NX公司多项目管理的实践和思考,指出企业多项目管理是企业实质性战略的组成部分,企业实质性战略的实施环节,是统筹企业各项目管理的中枢.Through the practices and thoughts in NX Corp., the author thinks that the Multiple Project Management of the enterprise described is an integral part of the enterprise＇s substantive strategy management, the implementation portion of substantive strategies, and the linkage and hinge of enterprise strategy management project management.
