摘　　要：目的:研究螺旋CT双期增强扫描对胰腺癌侵犯周围血管的诊断价值。材料与方法:对23例胰腺癌的患者行胰腺期、门脉期双期增强扫描,分析胰腺癌与周围血管的关系,并与手术结果对照。结果:判断23例胰腺癌对周围血管的侵犯中,只有3例误判(假阳性2例,假阴性1例),准确率为87%。结论:螺旋CT双期增强扫描对胰腺癌侵犯周围血管程度具有相当高的正确性,对于胰腺术前可切除性评估具有重要的临床参考价值。Purpose： To evaluate the diagnostic value of dual - phase helical CT for pancreatic carcinoma invading the peripancreatic blood vessels. Materials and Methods： Dual - phase helical CT scarfing of post - contrast pancreatic phase, portal venous phase was performed in 23 cases with pancreatic carcinoma. And then analyzed the relationship of the tumor and the peripancreatic blood vessels. The results were compared with operative situation. Results： Among 23 cases with pancreatic carcinoma invasion the peripancreatic blood vessels, only 3 cases were wrongly diagnosed （2 false- positive cases, 1 false- negative case）. The accuracy was 87%. Conclusion： Dual- phase helical CT scan has a very high correctness in evaluate degree of pancreatic carcinoma invasion the peripancreatic blood vessels and has a very important value for pre - operation assessment of the possibility of insect the tumor.
